According to Art. 13 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003, 'Personal data protection code', we inform you that the personal data provided to us or otherwise acquired in the context of the activity contracted by CentralHostelBG will be processed in accordance with the law cited above and the obligation of confidentiality attended by our business activity.

The personal data that are processed will be utilised solely for purposes strictly connected to the administration of the business activities (e.g. invoices, registration) with the customers and the potential customers, according with the law obligations, including tax and accounting obligations

The personal data will be processed using instruments capable of guaranteeing data security and confidentiality, utilising manual, computer and electronic instruments with logics strictly correlated to the purposes listed above.

Your data will be processed by CentralHostelBG employees and/or collaborators duly appointed to carry out the processing tasks.

Provision of your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance and the management of the contractual relationship and obligatory for fulfilling the company’s legal obligations. However your personal data won’t be transmitted to any other commercial subject.

Legislative Decree 196/2003 provides certain instruments for the protection of your rights, listed in Art. 7 of same. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern him/her at any time, and to learn the content and origin of these data, verify their correctness and request additions, update, or rectification. Art. 7 also establishes that the data subject has the right to request cancellation of the data, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully and to object, in all cases, for legitimate reasons, to the processing.

You may exercise these rights at any time, by contacting the Data Controller, CentralHostelBG (registered offices in via Ghislanzoni 30, 24122 Bergamo) or the Data Processor Emilio Scandella, contactable by e-mail at the following address: staff@centralhostelbg.com.

PLEASE NOTE: As guarantee for your booking, we will ask you the details of a valid credit card (number and expiration date). Validity of your card will be verified. You may also choose to pay the first night in advance with a bank transfer or debit card, as deposit. Please note that the total amount of payment has to be paid on arrival.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more in advance you won't be charged of any costs.
Late cancellations or no-show (check-in closes at 1 AM) will be charged for the first night, any kind of payment in advance won't be returned
We consider a cancellation as valid if only it has been sent by email.
